What do these bags mean?

I kept seeing these carvings that depicted ancient peoples carrying these same type of bags and it got me thinking what is the symbolism to this?
You find the same type of depictions from all over the world. But how can this be? We where always taught that east and west did not know of each others existence. I think the history of ancient humans is totally not accurate.

I think there is more going on in ancient history than we know about or are being told about.

If you look at Goebekli Tepe, one of the oldest megalithic sites we currently know of, which is found in modern day Turkey and reported to be at least 12,000 years old and possibly older, we find the same depictions of these bags.

They must have a significant meaning to all of these peoples all over the world.
I don't think they were depicted because of some fashion statement!

There are several possibilities that I have come up with. They were for carrying items that were of importance. Things these different people used on a daily basis. Perhaps they were for carrying seeds. Perhaps they were for carrying tools they needed. Perhaps they were for carrying something I can't even imagine.
If we look at modern day humans we can see business people carrying briefcases and men and women carrying purses.

What do briefcases and purses have in common. They carry information that we need. They are full of documents and information such as our cell phones, calculators and appointment books, business cards, writing instruments, makeup and other things we use on a daily basis.

It is becoming an accepted fact that the Earth has gone through some pretty horrific cataclysms over it's history. We also know that modern humans are a lot older than we have been told. If we look back we have had events at 70,000 years ago that almost wiped us out. Then we have the Younger Dryas some 12,000 years ago that melted the Northern glaciers and cause the sea level to rise over 400 ft. This one event would have decimated the human population as most people back then, as now, lived near the sea. Imagine a wall of water sweeping across the globe a thousand feet high and moving as fast as a modern jet plane. There would be little to no warning as ancient civilizations were lost forever.
But some humans survived and our ancestors managed to carry on.

I don't think it is just coincidence that ancient peoples from all parts of the world have depictions of these bags.

The Lost Knowledge

It is my belief that these are depictions of beings from the past and that the bags symbolize an ancient knowledge that the survivors of the great flood used to teach future generations mathematics, science, law, and how to carve, transport and build with stone, the huge megalithic sites we see today.

This is just my opinion. What do you think they mean?

And let's not forget about the pine cone things....what's that all about?
But that is another story.
