Great! I have attended pole-dance courses for about 2 years.
that's so awesome! how did you like it? i have never gone to any pole dance class. i am self-taught.
It was realy hard training, but I had to leave classes because of the pregnancy, now I sometimes dance at home, like you.
that's great! i also started my training after having my youngest. it's really tough especially in the beggining but struggle is what makes us strong!
