Each individual should ask themselves if they have something of value to offer (how you know is if people will pay you for it). Do you believe in/enjoy offering that something of value (how you know is if you look forward to doing it)? If the answer to either of these is negative train/educate yourself until the answers are positive. Once achieved, assist anyone attempting same.
