Indeed, the One who are the problem, based on the behavior They choose (as Individuals) are the psychopaths in control on Our planet.

I would point out that "psychos" could be either psychopaths or psychotics. Most psychopaths are NOT psychotic (though Some may be). So I would recommend that One use "psychopath" when indicating the Individuals who seek to control Humanity 100%.
