Today had a wonderful day through the beautiful Westerpark in Amsterdam. This sparkling Westerpark lies west of the Jordaan. The name of this area comes from the modern park, where the cultural Walhalla in and around the Westergasfabriek provides sparkling energy.
In Cultuurpark Westergasfabriek you will find hot cafés, fine eateries, galleries, a cinema and various clubs. The Westerpark is the home of the Westergasfabriek, the cultural complex where you can find festivals and markets throughout the year, but especially in the summer months.

From culinary events such as 'Rollende Keukens', music festivals like 'Milkshake' to big dance festivals like Awakenings; there is always a reason to party in the Westerpark!
