Hi there good day to you fellow Steemians and readers alike. My article is about the role of a leader or a mentor more specifically in business. The knowledge that we learned most come from them, they are called our teacher and at the same time our adviser and a friend. Now what is the value of a mentor in our society specially in our future and for business success. Mentors are important to your success because never did it happen that successful people did it alone. They're always surrounded by great teams, friends, support of the family members and of course a mentor. They bring order in your mind and business is one of the things a mentor brings to you because mentoring provide you with proven step by step procedures of how the business that you're making should be done because they've done it before.
The guides and tips provided by our mentor or leader makes us more aware and armed by such principle and knowledge that can assist us to go further than what we want to aim for. There are questions that mentors ask you and to give you clarity of a confusing details that make you say "how come i didn't think of that?" Of course there are reminders that tell you to come in the right time and is custom made for you and you alone. The shortcuts they reveal to you are invaluable as they cannot come from googling the net or reading a book. Tactics of day to day business building are clarified and tested by the mentor before they advise you to do it. There are also unique approaches to the business or undertaking can only come from the mentors who's been there.
What about the care and vision of our leader and mentor? Can they really be trusted and do they really care for our welfare? Of course a teacher knows best and that is the reason why they choose to lead and for us to follow them to the right road of success. The way mentor paints your future is critical to fuel your drive to succeed. They become yardstick or role model for us to imitate them and even surpass them. It is true that mentors tell you what things are important and those who are not.
The value that you can gain from seeking advice or listening to an expert or a leader is not just the ordinary basic skills that you can master or adapt but the essence of following a trait of becoming a predecessor to your leader in time and as such you can somehow realize that its is not hard to do it like what other's are afraid of, yes we heard the word"fake it till you make it" or even "Don;t quit for you're not a failure until you fail to try" This powerful words makes a leader great and it did not implicate that a leader must always stand up, humility and being a part of the group is the most important, look at Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and even Alibaba founder Jack Ma, they came from simple beginner, they all experience failure yet they stand up and and become an icon and even now they are very down to earth save for Steve Jobs who was now with the creator, they all respect team support because a leader is nothing without his follower and to be able to gain success you must discover the trait of a visionary and that is a leader.![follow the leader.jpg] Seeing and getting the energy level of a mentor is critical to anyone starting a business, where 80% of starters fail. These are things you can get from a mentor or a good leader. I hope this simple and basic guides that a mentor or leader had imprinted in our mind can be used accordingly and someday such invaluable contribution of wisdom can put us on top, to the penchant of our dreams. If we can only follow our mentor or our leader that serve as our inspiration.
