Mashed potato cheesy bites
Mashed potato or mashed potatoes, is a dish prepared by mashing boiled potatoes. The recipes started in 1747 by Hannah Glasse , Art Of Cookery Made Plain And Easy . Dehydrated and frozen mashed potatoes are available in many supermarkets.
Potato Cheese Balls is a mouth-melting Snack Dish, loved by kids and adults. Small Potato Balls are made with boiled Potatoes and stuffed with grated Processed cheeder Cheese. After deep frying, these potato cheese balls looks really yummy and cheese literally melts in your mouth.

Loaded Mashed Potato cheesy Balls.What do you do with leftover mashed potatoes?You make melt-in-your-mouth, crisp yet creamy mashed potato.
Ingredients;
3-4 medium potatoes
1 cup chedder cheese
3-4 green chilies
1 Onion small (finely chopped)
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
½ red chili powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Dry coriander
Bread crumbs (for coating)
1 egg (for coating)
Oil for frying
METHOD;
Bring a pot of salted water,add potatoes and boil until tender but still firm, about 15-20 minutes and drain the water.
Peel off the potatoes.
Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowel.
Now add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste green and dry coriander,and finely chopped onion and green chilies.
Grate the cheese and keep aside.
Mix all the ingredients well and let it settle for 10 minutes.
Divide the potato mixture in small balls or portion.
Take a small amount of oil in your palms,take one ball and gently round it.
Make a small hole in center and stuff good amount of grated cheese in it and close it carefully. Prepare all the balls before you proceed to fry.
Once all the balls are ready,coat it with egg and bread crumbs.
Take Oil in the frying pan.
When the oil is hot enough, it should be reached about 170 degrees temperature.
Now drop 2-3 balls in hot oil and keep the flame medium.
It is very important to cook these balls on medium flame, so that you can enjoy the melted cheese and properly cooked potato mixture while eating.
Keep frying and flipping for 2-3 minutes, till the balls turns out golden brown in color.
Drain the oil and put the fried potato balls on towel tissue paper.
