I feel the same way.
I own a business and taking care of my customers is priority number 1. Even if sometimes that means taking a smaller profit to satisfy them.
These companies need to be held responsible and push the envelope and provide constant work towards their promises.
And the people investing in these companies, the ones that are in these comment sections, they believe everything should be given to them for nothing.
