MY OPINION
I ve been using this magical plant for years, as a cosmetic remedy for my hair and skin, I have the luck of living in a place where it can be easely found, so it became officialy my best beauty and higene product.
I always knew about the incredible benefits of aloe vera as a medicamental food but I never wanted to eat it because I tasted it once and it looked terribly bitter xp
In these last days I had some health problems, such as head hurts, stomach hurts, oxygen loss in the brain, and I feel like my body got too much weak, probably because of stress. This caused me some panick attacks, and I finally decided to do something.
I made some researches and I found that aloe vera has been also used for circulation problems and oxygen brain loss, besides cures against radiactions and cancer.
I thought that I should really try this cure because I hate spending time and money with doctors, hospitals and drugs, because they never really helped me with my problems, they actually made them worse because of the side effects.
I feel like I m the only one who can understand my body and my mind, and my experiences told me to trust more in the nature which is made by superior forces, then medicaments, which are made by men.
I want to start my aloe vera treatments as soon as possible, and I will tell you the results.

What does it taste like? =) The "detoxification" effect from food is a well known myth. But the nutrients aloe contains is certainly healthy.
the taste is horrible, very bitter, today I drinked it but i could not finish it. I know it s healthy but it s really hard to drink. There are so many people drinking it everyday in europe, but i think that the one that they sell in the shop has a better taste, or none would by it.
Ah, I forgot to say that today, after I drink it, i felt disgusted but then I felt stronger, i made me feel more energic. I added papaya juice to make the horrible aloe vera taste less strong, and a little bit (2 spoons maybe) of ginger juice. I should start to get used to that taste because I really felt so much better after I drink it
