I am here writing about a very famous herbal plant Aloe- Vera which needs no introduction at all. I am surprised by the medicinal properties it contains. There are two substances in this plant i e Gel and Sap ( aloe latex ).Even ancient Egyptians used it and they called it 'Plant of immortality'. It is known as 'Ghritkumari’ in Hindi. From what i have tried and studied , i came to the conclusion about these following benefits of the plant.
1 It cures and heels Skin related problems
2 Helps in containing and reducing weight
3 Helps Miraculously in insect bites
These are the three major benefits of Aloe-Vera and hundreds of other benefits which are related to these three major problems. For an example the root cause of 90% diseases start from digestive issues and this plant cures the digestive issues. If we start talking about problems related skin then it heels acne, blemishes, eczema, sun burn, dry skin. For all these problems we can use gel of Aloe-Vera plant which is very common in gardens or neighbourhood.
We can use the gel of Aloe-Vera plant in skin related problems or in case of insect bites but for problems related to weight loss we can use the substance in form of juice. It helps balancing metabolism and indigestion.
We use serious money on Anti aging creams which not only contains chemicals but also are bad for our health in long run , whereas we have this home remedy which costs us almost nothing but give us wonderful results.
In India Ayurveda was known to be effective but very slow treatment. Now with more research it has become very effective and fast treating source in diseases related to skin, and digestion. All we need to do is to start using it for a month and results will be there.
Eczema is a very common problem in western countries and people suffer it for years and they spend thousand of dollar on creams, oil and tablets but this Aloe- Vera can heal it for free. all you need to do is to start growing aloe- Vera plant in your backyard.
This plant has saved me from being in pain from sunburns and cuts and scrapes many times in my life. Great Stuff.
