It's my husband's favorite too! Well, it used to be, back when we used to get donuts every Sunday after church. It's been years since we've had one now with my daughter's allergies. His eyes nearly popped out of his head when he tried these. They're all begging me to make them again. They're not hard, but I fry them in a very small pot so as not to waste the coconut oil , so it's time consuming. I promise to post the recipe soon! I'll tag you in it so you don't miss it! :-)
