THE FIVE RULES OF JANUARY 1st.

Our God lives in timelessness but he gave us:

60 seconds of the minute.

60 minutes of a hour.

24 hours of the day.

7 days of the week.

28, 29, 30 or 31 days of the month.

12 months of the year.

10 years of a decade.

100 years of a century.

1000 years of a millennium.

Why is because success mathematical, only those who calculate their life activities to success really succeed.

Day unto day utters speech, night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language where the voice of a day is not heard.

Therefore, when you see January 1st; it speaks; its carrying a message, its asking a question and its giving a command. So is every single day in the 365 days of the year.

What separates the boys from the men in the school of life is that, men knows that the 24 elders in the book of Revelation; each carries a message for a fellow adult. Each representing a hour. This adulthood has nothing to do with chronological age but spiritual age.

RULE NUMBER ONE:

THIS DAY IS NOT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR TO THOSE WHO RULE THE WORLD.

To you; it's a new year but not so in the realm of the spirit. The Hebrew have a different calendar. The accountants have a different calendar. And the list goes on.

I told you yesterday that my goal for this year is to finish what I didn't finish last year. That simply means God's calendar for me is not the same as your.

Therefore, use this day to locate where you belong. Don't be mixed up with the ignorant majority gallivanting up and down in the euphoria of a new year. Find your bearing.

RULE NUMBER TWO:

RUN YOUR RACE:

Even if you are salary earner or a low income earner, do your job but mind your business.

Here is another generic new year given to you as another opportunity to get on top of your game.

Since the beginning of the year 2000; haven't you noticed that job security has stopped giving people financial security? Its time to work ON your job and not IN your job.

Shine your eyes. A new year has come. Dollars and pound Sterling are telling you something; you are far behind in the economy of the world.

Your salary was N100,000 when dollar was N190 to 1dollar and now dollar is kissing N400 and your salary is stillN100,000. Wake up and ARISE at least for the sake of the woman that drops her father's name for yours and the great children God gave you responsibility over.

You can not afford to sit down there in a new year singing "standing on the promises of God your saviour" and you are just there sitting in the premises.

Hear me, Jesus is coming soon but he is not coming to meet a lazy believer who uses to church and God's word as excuses for mediocrity and laziness.

But the boys or the children are grossly ignorant of the voice, the face and the message of each elder representing each hour. Some children in the things of the spirit are 60 years old and above and yet they are children in understanding of the things of the spirit.

RULE NUMBER THREE:

BRACE UP AND GET YOUR OWN PORTION OF THE PROMISED WEALTH TRANSFER:

The Egyptians handed over their wealth to the Hebrews they have been oppressing.

He brought them out with silver and gold and there was no feeble one amongst them.

God is a good midfielder who used to give correct passes to his children from age to age but unfortunately many of us always fall God's hand.

These Hebrews wasted this golden opportunities. He took them out of Egypt in one day but it took him 40 years to take Egypt out of them.

God will never take away wealth again from the hands of principle abiding unbeliever and give to a lazy believer. NO!!!

RULE NUMBER FOUR:

WALK STRAIGHT AND TALK STRAIGHT:

I thank God for the pastor I have. She said we should take the straight and narrow path this year. Shoot straight this year. Talk straight. Do right. Be right.

Don't bow to pressure. Don't call a cow an uncle because you want to eat beef. Let's build a stronger moral fibre this year.

RULE NUMBER FIVE:

FOLLOW YOUR HEART; THE MAJORITY MAY BE WRONG:

Donald Trump ran for presidency alone. All the major stakeholders of the Republican party didn't endorse him.

George Weah contested for Liberian presidency four times but he won at last.

Buhari wept in 2011 and gave up contesting but gathered courage and contested again. You know the rest of the story.

Take calculated risk. Follow your heart. Don't wait for everyone to like you and approve you before you do what your intuition says.

See you tomorrow....
