Chun Li is quite rare and Harley is also relatively hard to find. When classifying figures, this collector is referring to the rarity of the item in their local corner of the globe. Even if certain figures are rare here, they may be flooding ebay and be relatively cheap. Meanwhile, these are the first and last such figures of Chun Li and Harley this collector has so far seen in this area after more than two years of collecting figures.
