Hmmm, What's up with that?
Chacha And Your Organoleptic Sensors!
I've always gotten a kick out of reading some of the exaggerated descriptions on wine bottles. Imagine my thrill when I was gifted with some fine wine and a product called "Chacha" from the country of Georgia. I'll write more about the excellent wine that comes from that region of the world in another post but it's time to focus on Chacha!
Check Out The Amazing Description On This Label!
This is one of the best descriptions That I've ever read!
Here's The Claim as Seen on The Label:
"....which giving pleasure and stimulus to customers, and entertains and cheers up not only their organoleptic sensors, but their mental and emotional senses too, which is more important"
Is Organoleptic Even a Word?
As we kicked back and enjoyed some of the Chacha we were certainly "entertained and cheered up" from reading the label! We wondered, however, if organoleptic was even a word. A quick check of the dictionary gave us the answer.
Wow, I got to try Chacha, receive all of the benefits written on the label and learn a new word! Awesome!
Just a Little More About Chacha
Chacha is also called grape vodka and is made from grape pomace (the residue that is left over after wine making).
Many claims are made about the benefit of drinking and using this product topically. It has been used for ailments such as ear blockages and indigestion. Some have found success in curing stomach aches by applying it to the abdomen and others say that it can cure acne when applied to the skin!
What Has Your Experience Been?
- Have you ever been wowed by overly descriptive labels?
- Did you know that excellent wine is made in Georgia?
- Have you ever tried products from that part of the world?
I hope that you enjoyed reading about "My Organoleptic Sensors Being Stimulated and Cheered!"
Until next time,
@kus-knee (The Old Dog)
Please add my Wow, to yours! This bottle of Chacha is obviously a miracle cure and luxury beverage rolled into one. You have very thoughtful friends. Hopefully, they didn’t think you needed it for acne...
This is my most informative post of the day, and already I’ve forgotten that word. I guess I need a sip of Chacha to fix that too. Amusing post filled with chuckles, thanks. Hehe
Thanks for the encouraging comment!
My friends presented me a good bottle of georgian wine for the wedding but i didn't try it yet. I guess i should open it when i will move to the new house 😁😁😁.
The two bottles that we had were very, very good. I've never seen wines from Georgia where we live!
I saw that you got married. Congratulations!
Thanks a lot!!! One day i will come to Switzerland ( cos this place is in my Must visit list) ane will bring you a bottle of a very good georgian wine 😉😉😉. I would send you but it's not allowed to send in your place, even sweets too:((
curious much
I might as well dance the cha - cha if I drink this Chacha kkkkkk ^ ^
Most likely yes!
I don't even drink alcohol, I am a babypie :)
Just ask your mom to put a little in your bottle and you'll sleep like a baby! :)
HAHA, Nobody drinks alcohol in our family. :)
I haven't tried any products from Georgia @kus-knee, but I have to admit that Cahcha sounds pretty amazing. Not only do you get your Organoleptic Sensors Stimulated and Cheered plus the other mentioned benefits but it's 45% proof!!! 😱
That might have something to do with the sensor stimulating power!
I imagine it does @kus-knee. It wouldn't take much would it?!!! 😂 😂 😂
Hey @kus-knee!
This is a Gin from Sagno ;-)
Gin Bisbino il primo in Ticino
Did you try it?
There is also Amaro Generoso ;-)
Big hug
Steemitri
Well then we must give it a try!
It sounds like it is an all around treat for the organoleptia. I love that this word is now part of my vocabulary. Do you think people would look at me strange if I just out and out replaced it for sense and related words?
"You want to water the carpet ... that makes no organoleptia."
Interesting tidbit ... apparently organoleptic has no corresponding noun. I guess google saw me coming.
I used to be a bit of oenophile a few years back, but no, I have never tried grape vodka. But I bet in small doses it is probably very good for you.
You can't beat the name ChaCha. I await the tasting notes:):):)
Yes please do use this funky word!
Hello stranger :)))
Sometimes you must read the label... or just do it yourself :)))
He there! Great to see you. I hope that you enter my latest Mundane Art contest because you always take such nice photos!
Nope. never heard of or tried Chacha? Glad you brought it into the light. Got my curiosity stirred for sure. I can see making some pretty fantastic cocktails with this gem..........
I'm sure that you could!
Chacha, probably, it's delicious), but I have not tried it. But we have wine in the restaurant) I work in a restaurant, we have wine) Upvote - Resteem!
What is the best wine according to you?
Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley, the harvest of 1941 is a very good and expensive wine for us)
Thanks for the visit!
El Chacha debe tener un sabor y olor increible @kus-knee, es Vino ó Vodka.
This was a type of Vodka made form wine residue.
@ kus-knee is incredible what some companies do to sell, I have seen hundreds of labels with deceptive advertising, usually in dairy products these things happens a lot, the other day I read a product that said "Milk of goat aliementada a base of fresh grass "
That you enjoy "chacha"
I wish you a great day .
Thanks for the visit!
It reminds me of outboard motor sales catalog! They really exaggerate!
Do tell more!
I love unblocking my ears with a bit of Chacha!! ;O)
LOL!
I will not tell you anything about Georgian vodka, because I do not drink alcohol at all. But in my cookbook there are Georgian recipes of dishes. So, the Georgian dishes are very tasty!
And Georgian hospitality and eloquence will decorate any meal, so the description of the label does not surprise me.
Thanks for your precious insight!
Is there a difference between Chacha and Italian Grappa?
I like using grappa as a fire starter, but I'm not a fan of drinking it.
Yes it is similar and I believe that the first nations people of Canada would have referred to it as "fire water"!
Ha! I'd forgotten about an experience with reserve distilled fire water.
Similar to grappa, it's best purpose was for starting fires. Not for drinking.
Maybe I just haven't found the right one though.
I wish i could get a wine from Georgia for my friend. His favourite things.
Yes it would be good!
Georgian Chacha is as versatile in its taste characteristics and making technologies as Georgian wine. It is an extremely popular drink here and the honored representative of Georgian gastronomic culture.
Ahh you are in Georgia? The wine was very good and if I could find it here in Europe I would buy it!
Many claims are made about the benefit of drinking and using this product topically. It has been used for ailments such as ear blockages and indigestion. Some have found success in curing stomachaches by applying it to the abdomen and others say that it can cure acne when applied to the skin!
Yes who would think that?
I haven't tried wine made in Georgia but I'm willing to do so and to your first question, for food items, most of the time, I don't read the labels =P Maybe I should, so I know that I'm not poisoning myself lol
It could be good to read them.
using descriptive words is a unique form of marketing. My great granddad did this with his photography business at the turn of the 20th century. I also do some of this. We often find it in restaurants. alcohol 45% wow. Looks like some good wine. Thanks @kus-knee
I'd love to see some of your granddad's photos!
Many Georgians claim chacha has medicinal properties and is suggested as a remedy for a number of ailments, including ear blockages and indigestion. Also, it is said to cure stomachaches by applying it to the abdomen. It is also said to cure acne by applying to the face.
Yes, that is what I wrote.
Glad to see you posting regularly. at first look i read it as captcha :P it was about to solve it :P hahaha :P
BUt it is more dangerous than that :O
LOL yes very dangerous! ;)
The process of vodka-distilling ‘Zaodoba’ attracts lots of tourists, giving a brilliant chance to taste ‘newly born’ Chacha and join traditional and vivacious Georgian feasts
The wine, in particular, was very good!
@kus-knee, Glad to see most impressive Vodka module of Georgia. I'm wondering to see description of the label too. Can you tel me what's language indeed on the label? However brilliant grape vodka brand to taste. 45% high percentage to our country.
My answer is never coz My country brand's label only wrote percentages & what'company manufactured etc..
No. I thought France made excellent wine before.
I didn't tried yet and won't try in future.
But I can taste who're make Vodka brands :D
The label was in Georgian and English.
Pour your self a glass and take a look at the ways wine benefits yours health.... It increase bone density...it can lower cholestrol...it reduces the heart diseases....... Nice post sir...!!!
That seems good!
Ohh no, i can't taste Georgian wine beacuse I am belong from Pakistan 😞
What speciality do you have in Pakistan?
Mostly like in Pakistan this type of wine, the best is "MILLENNIUM BREW"
I'd be happy to try sometime the good wine of Georgia. Like many, I also think it's a funny idea and perhaps a smart idea to put such a broad description in order to attract the public or the curious! The creators imposed their originality by placing elaborate words in it.
I've never seen Georgian wine here in Europe but if I did I'd buy it!
Alcohol is very bad. But uncle should always keep in mind.
Who is uncle?
Well sometime may be for sure as sometime they just amaze you hahah
So true!
Wow, I will certainly check Chacha out...however it will be great on weekends? , will be a good one indeed. Thanks for sharing. I posted about a solid project airdrop-feel free to join it and get free crypto...more success.
Thanks Charles.

Before reading your post i don't know that excellent wine is made is Georgia. But now pleased to know that Chacha the excellent wine from Georgia. I think wine is the best drinks specially for travellers. Cheers with wine🥂🍸🍾
It was a surprise to me too!
If you already grabbed the chance to taste Georgian wine, now it’s time for the fiery and high-alcoholic drink Chacha (Georgian vodka) which pairs so nicely with Georgian dishes and the chilly winter. Chacha is a grape brand with exclusive, true Georgian roots and all qualities to keep it deservedly beside the famous Spanish Mojito and Italian Grappa.
You might be offered Chacha at Georgian feasts, but be careful, as its drinking requires a special awareness. First of all, you should make a little inquiry about its origins.
Nice information dear @kus-knee

Description on the labels are just for capturing attraction of the customers, Sometime you find product totally opposite to what is written in the description but sometime it makes you happy!
depends on the company.
