- You receive an airdrop of 13,000 Q which is validated at $13,000 target (although I don't think it will get anywhere near that) and you can earn additional Q by bringing others into the network. Similar to most Airdrops and their referral programs.
The referrals to grow the network via community and identify the users who can bring people on board.

Granted, I also participate in SWIFT airdrops for GBI and it also isn't crypto, but it plans to be. I just don't like the idea of "surprise, the next level is your bringing in twice as many referrals as the last level." So in combo with it not being crypto, I lost interest.
