@tangerinetravels ,You claim you are not an Airbnb host, however, you have put up a very interesting and informative post.

No Host could have done better than you just did in scribbling down the above

I have never even being an Airbnb guest but I am now better equipped to make a pick for a good host and to make rational reviews

    We don't have a home right now, so we're not in the position to be an Airbnb host. However, we've stayed in many Airbnbs, have spoken to a lot of hosts, and have friends that are successful hosts, so despite not being hosts ourselves, we have a lot of information to write on the topic.
