Human Life: The Hetero-trophic Approach

in #air-clinic7 years ago (edited)

Yea, I know it sounds strange right but this statement is correct because we as a specie are heterotrophic in nature. Our inability to produce our own food is the reason for our reliance on already produced food either plant based or animal based.

The human life has been the case study of many educational scholars. They have put in so much resources as to understand the components that make up the human. From the scientists side of view, I believe a lot of discoveries has been made. Scientists have classified human as a living things. And from our basic knowledge of Human Biology, we know that one of the characteristics of a living thing is;

NUTRITION

NUTRITION IS OF HIGH RELEVANCE BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT EVEN THE COMPUTER OPERATES WITH THE CONCEPT OF GIGO (GARBAGE IN GARBAGE OUT).

Nutrition might sound as a kind of simply subject. But I tell you that nutrition is of high relevance when the human life is concerned. The society is made up of various genres of people with their differences in lifestyle and culture.
Nutrition isn't just about eating whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want and however you want. It isn't just a way of fighting off hunger. It is more than just trying on a new variety of food. It isn't just about combining different ingredients together and digesting. There is a way for everything, a time and season for everything under the earth. The way to eat and get the optimum result is our main concern here.
A lot of good have come to people who practice the proper dieting. Proper dieting has many benefits which includes the following such as improved immune system, clear sight, proper skeletal form for balance, memory retention and many more to mention but just a few.

An insight on the way our ancestors ate can serve as a proper guide as to what we should be eating today.
Research has shown us that early humans were able to digest starchy foods softened by cooking. The research also showed us that this energy gotten from the digested food substance serves as fuel for the brain. Evolution and Adaptation has shown us that our dietary habits does not depend on the way our ancestors ate. New needs arise and with the Invent of Certain things (chemicals and supplements), our eating habits and needs have risen. The society today is burdened with a problem of choice. A lot of impatience has led individuals to making a lot of wrong choices leading to serious health challenges later in life. In this write-up, am gonna try to suggest possible solution to a few questions on Nutrition.

This is rather where most people get it all wrong. What to eat is so far one of the best decisions someone should make everyday. The nutritional value of what we eat determines how fine or well we are on the inward. Our body has needs such as Calcium for the bone and stamina, vitamins for the eyes and the skin, Proteins and minerals for replacement of worn out body tissues and many more. Denying the body of it's need leads to breakdown and possibly death. Most illness and diseases could be easily avoided and even treated just by being on the right.
Some group of people recommend that we should avoid carbohydrates and eat loads of meat and fatty foods. But on the contrary, Cardiologist has come to the conclusion that eating of meats and fatty foods is the major cause of Cardiovascular diseases all around the world such as heart attacks.
With an insight on the nutritional value of most food items and fruits, it would be clear to anyone on what choice of food to eat.

Most of these are really tasty fruits, when next you are taking them bear in mind what you are getting, if you aren't into these, rethink and choose wisely.
