However, we heard years ago that computers would make our lives easier, giving us tons of free time so we could do what we want, create, explore, music, art. I think the opposite has happened. Life has exponentially wound up tighter, faster, produced more stress. There are more heart attacks, more people on anxiety and anti-depressant medications than ever. Burn out rates are higher, people seem much less happier, afraid of each other. Now with the advent of AI and the new DNA type of computers coming on line, I wonder what will happen to a overly stressed society? It seems we haven't learned that we have limits, even if we're able to create things we think should help. The question perhaps is should we continue to do so?

But the computer helps people, we have to know how to filter so much information we receive daily, technology came to help people, people have to live the now, and stop worrying so much about the future, because anxiety and Depression is caused by negative thinking.
