Made an omelette with Russian Kale microgreens and garlic shoots growing on the windowsill.๐๐ฑ๐๐ฑ๐ Eggs are from our backyard chickens! ๐ Have you tried growing microgreens? It's fairly easy to grow indoors and you can harvest as early as one week! Have a nice week everyone!
