Greetings!

Rice feeds most of the world. Here on the farm in Issan, Thailand, we have 9 paddies. We mostly grow jasmine, as Thailand is known for its high quality crop.

It's also VERY hard work! Being in the paddy when it's 40c, well, it sucks! 😆
