fowl pox is a slow spreading viral infections of chickens, characterised by progress to tick scabs ( contagious form) fowl pox is also spread from 
bird to bird through direct contact. The virus is airborne and can infect birds through their eyes or skin wounds.
fowl pox can be treated with an antibiotics vaccine.
