Welcome Kulate, A good tip for AFL Elite is to just auto fill your pre draft list initially as it will place them all in order of average. You can then scan the list to remove any injured players or ones you don't like.
Be wary some players can be ranked higher than they deserve due to having a high average but at same time, not being a lock for their teams best 22. Graham of Carlton and Kerridge to are examples of this. So you may need to do a little manual adjusting of player ranks here and there.
For the most part the auto fill will be the guide you need for the Live Draft.
Good luck and if you need any hints or tips, see my page or feel free to reply to this.
