Hi Everyone,
As we head into the final round of the home and away season some will be desperate for a win to keep their Top 8 chances alive so might be inclined to take a risk this week.
I have included 4 below that can hopefully help you secure the all important 4 points.
T Mitchell (Hawthorn)
Let’s get the obvious one out of the way first of all.
Mitchell remains the clear 1st choice for Captain each week and is the number 1 rated Fantasy player in the game.
Fresh off a goliath 187 score last week against the Blues although I suspect he will be held more accountable from a potential Banfield tag against Freo this week.
P Cripps (Carlton)
This bloke has been immense in a struggling side and it’s a credit to him that he is ranked 6th in Fantasy Scoring this year.
Fresh off a 116 last week against the Hawks he might find the going a bit easier this week against an equally youthful Gold Coast side.
Cripps’ big body in the Midfield is going to be especially damaging against the young Suns and I expect a dose of leather poisoning for Cripps this week.
He could be a great point of difference Captain if you are lucky enough to own him.
P Dangerfield (Geelong)
Danger has not been as prolific a scorer this year and this is reflected by a Fantasy ranking of 28 but he has been slowly working into top gear.
Danger got a 107 last week and against a young Lions team at GHMBA stadium I expect we will see a big day from the Cats main man.
Another left field option for the Captaincy that could give you an edge on your opponent this week.
L Whitfield (GWS)
This is the first time he has made this post this year which is probably a bit stiff but his scoring has not been quite as big since he took on Williams role on the half back flank.
The last few weeks however teams have struggled to contain him and he has run riot in that quarter back role.
Had a 114 last week away against Port and I suspect he will be in for another big day at home against the Saints this week.
Best of luck with whoever you choose for the C this week.
Thanks for reading :)
