What is a Picture? What is Representation?

An inner longing that some are not necessarily aware of, to represent the very nature (the truth) of reality through a finite object in this case.
By using forms, shapes and colors is an attempt to give a concrete form to sensations, emotions and perceptions...perceptions that are actually the only interface with reality.
