December 15th, 2017 – Anton Kobrynets presented Aeneas blockchain brand and idea on 6th Blockchain Forum held in Kyiv.
A new blockchain platform will contain mostly all effective developments of other blockchain projects of previous generations developed in 2011 – 2017.
Aeneas evolution due to a declared roadmap will contain a few stages, first of which will be a Proof-of-Work stage for better cryptocurrency distribution ( ash is a utility token and unique cryptocurrency of Aeneas blockchain platform).
Basic idea is to give ability to network to mine a couple of 100 000 000 ash (100 hundred mil ash) to network after to make an upgrade – called an Aeneas Exodus and to move network to Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm.
A lot of ICOs launched directly on Kyiv Blockchain Forum, but Aeneas is not an ICO. Anton declared that development will start by him own and for his funds as a donation to community.
Aeneas should become a new people public general-purposed blockchain platform with a Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm, smart-contract machine, multi-signature accounts and many other things that could be useful for civil society and political (non official government) use.
First declared marketing target Aeneas focused is a GR – government relations or an aspiration to formalize huge and rapidly growing lobbying markets. Imagine a crowdsourcing campaign on public blockchain with clear wallets transaction track and no corruption possibilities by definition.
Start of development is planned on Q1 2018, and a pilot launch of testnet – in Q1 of 2019.
