If you truly love your wife and she loves you too, then you should NOT cheat on her. Temptations and temporary feelings come and go. After all this you are gonna come back to your wife only, who has been there with you for the past 10 years and will be till life ends. Cheating will only deteriorate your relationship with someone whom you are gonna spend your rest of your life. My advice will be to try to strengthen the bond with your wife even more so that you won't be distracted again in the future.
