Today I decided to breakfast in a light and healthy way. Banana, watermelon, papaya Fruit fresh 😊

Then I decided to read how healthy this is. What I found out is

🍌Potassium contained in bananas helps the body’s circulatory system to deliver oxygen to the brain, increase the efficiency of the heart, and establish the necessary balance of fluids in the body. Potassium is also useful in controlling pressure, so bananas are useful for hypertensive patients.

Another useful feature of bananas 🍌- they help to cope with constipation. The composition of this fruit contains some substances that help restore and maintain regular bowel function. Also, bananas - this is the first aid in soothing ulcerative pain.

🍌These fruits block the path or cure already begun peptic ulcers, help to reduce the acidity of the stomach or get rid of heartburn.

Знали ли вы, что бананы🍌 очень полезны при язвенной болезни желудка? Если у вас повышенная кислотность, это то что вам нужно. Оказывается, они способствуют её понижению.

🍌А ещё они полезны при запорах. Так что для поддержки нормальной функции кишечника, сьедайте по банану в день.
