ADVICE - ENCOURAGEMENT

I know many of us struggle to be successful. To be better than we are or were. We look under every rock to uncover things about ourselves in an effort to change. It can be tough, like really tough. We get into fitness, eating better, trying to stay off our devices, read a book, do some cleaning or get in touch with our spiritual side and sometimes these things do work. You feel great. But eventually you start climbing down and you ask yourself "what happened?" or "What did i do wrong?" The truth is my dear, nothing. You've done nothing wrong. It's simply not your fault.

It's a normal and natural part of life. You can't expect to be cheerful all the time. Sure it sucks when you're down and you want to hurry out of the rut but listen, it is so necessary to experience these lows in your life because they build you. Like a muscle, you need to tear now and again to get stronger. So don't beat on yourself, life's already doing that for you. Instead, take the pain you're experiencing, study it and say "ok, this is what it is" and then take it from there. Work on recovering as if you just had a really tough workout and need to recoup.

The bottom line is, if you were happy all the time, you'd be bored to death because nothing ever changes. You have a mishap however, and you begin to appreciate what you had before and also when it comes back to you you'll be grateful for the turbulence and feel a sense of accomplishment for surviving the storm.

So don't. Don't let your emotions make you feel as though somethings wrong with you, even if you feel you're a person who's more sad than happy most of the time, it just means you're gonna be an unstoppable kickass person when that sunshine comes back around.

Stay Strong. You got this.

indeed, we are looking everywhere, for this unknown success
is it really a great think to look for?

☺ To be successful is to be mentally happy and no amount of possessions can reach that level. They may make you comfortable physically, but mentally, you do that on you're own.

totally agree with you. To be 'mentally happy' is a great victory amidst any physical condition

Exactly 😊 thank you
