Just keep your mind busy and do whatever things please you (just be sure it is good things you will do) and forget the things that make you sad - just learn from it and dont be bothered by it.

Thank you for this. I usually do exercises when I am sad. I love volleyball and swimming by the way.
Life most time give us reason to be sad but it is left for us to be happy because to be sad reduces your life span and make you to have health challenges .
