Sounds really awesome, but I think if someone wants to be promoted, he/she should at least write a post themselves.
But that is just my personal opinion.

We are only running Advertise for services and communities, not individual bloggers, and we act as sort of a marketing team for said services and communities. We will analyze previous advertisements and see what we could do in order to get the most out of writing a post about them. Of course, we still offer a write-your-own-post option for those that want to try their own hand at making their post.
