Mani (Prayer) Stones stacked outside of Namche Bazaar (3440m), Nepalese Himalaya, Nepal. Mani stones, a form of prayer in Tibetan Buddhism, are normally inscribed with the six syllabled mantra of Avalokiteshvara (Om mani padme hum), which loosely translates to "Hail to the jewel in the lotus". Shot on Fuji Velvia slide film.

Is it allowed to pick one from a pile for reading? :)
I guess; no one is going to take them too far they are that heavy
Not taking it somewhere :) But i mean can you dig in the pile and take something to read or can't you touch it?
Yes its just a pile of tablets along a hiking trail. No one stopping you.
Same pray every day... 🐗
