Hot Spring Cove Adventure in the Pacific Northwest!

Last week I decided to celebrate my birthday by going to Hot Springs Cove, accessible only by boat or plane in the Pacific Northwest. Located a few hundred kilometers north of beautiful Tofino BC:

So we took a speedboat to the hot springs from downtown Tofino, the open ocean was spectacular that day, as you can see:

On the way we stopped by a secret hidden waterfall on a remote little island, very nice:

Once we got to hot springs cove it was a magical walk through the forest for half an hour until we finally reached the destination! I got to stand in the hot waterfall that leads to the natural pools, all were hot tub temperature, but wit fresh flowing hot water at about 8 liters per second! The hot springs sit directly above a fault line, and the fact they exist how they do like this is quite amazing:
