Moscow, 8:30 am. The metro rush hour. The train follows from the Sokolniki station to the Preobrazhenskaya Square. Suddenly in the tail car there is an explosion, the flooring and the facing of the seats light up. The car is deformed, the train stops in a tunnel 50 meters from "Preobrazhenskaya Square". From the tunnel to the station wallow smoke puffs. The train dispatcher reports the incident to the "101" service.
Do not be scared. This is just a legend, according to which during the night from 25 to 26 February, there were fire-tactical exercises on the runway between the stations Sokolniki and Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad.
By the way, in the night exercises, not only the fire service of Moscow took part. Cooperation was worked out to eliminate the training emergency in the metro of many city services.
For example, who removes tension from the contact rail, evacuates passengers, extinguishes the fire with primary means and organizes a meeting of fire and rescue units? Here, the metro workers themselves can not do without.
The Department of Transport and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate establish temporary road signs and arrange unimpeded passage of special equipment to the scene of the accident.
When eliminating an emergency, a medical service is also necessary.
Only five minutes have passed since the message was sent to the "101" service, and the first fire-rescue units have already started arriving at the scene of the incident, and with each minute they are becoming more and more.
The work of the units is clearly planned: the first arrivals must install a checkpoint near the entrance to the metro station. We must also consider who entered, who went out, and no strangers to the scene should not be allowed.
Others will carry out reconnaissance.
Still others lay down their sleeves and give trunks for extinguishing.
The link of the gas and smoke protection service will find and evacuate the victims who stayed in the blown car.
Such a massive accumulation of fire and rescue equipment in one place, and it involved 20 units in the exercises, can not help attracting the attention of casual passers-by. And 80 people of fire brigade personnel do not see every day. Once I happened to watch something like this when a fire broke out on the ship "Sergei Abramov" in the Northern River Port of Moscow. But there were no teachings at all.
Let's try to get into the subway. For greater realism in the process of training, smoke generator plants were involved. By the way, the ventilation shaft is on the runway between the stations "Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad" and "Cherkizovskaya", so that all the smoke from the burning car fell directly to the station "Preobrazhenskaya Ploshchad" and then through the whole station and tunnel to the ventilation shaft.
I did not get to the burning car in the tunnel, turned to the checkpoint :) There was no special pass. But nothing. There was also something to see.
No extra fuss, everyone is busy with their own business.
Although this is a teaching, but the rescuers certainly had to sweat. The weight of the injured girl they took out was very real.
She is alive, healthy and smiling.
But according to the scenario of the exercises, she is nevertheless taken away on an ambulance.
And in such things they brought out those who were able to move independently.
