The choice of strategy is very important for the success of a project. Whatever strategy is chosen, there must be consequences that must be borne. if we are results oriented without considering the way we are taken, we can be trapped in the principle whatever the important way the results are achieved. If we are not careful then we can fall into a path that is not good, results orientation tendency makes a person feel chased by a deadline so that they will always feel worried that the results will not be achieved optimally.
however, the advantages of an oriented strategy on results will make us always excited about achieving our goals.
Conversely, the strategy that is oriented towards the way to achieve must also be balanced against the target to be achieved. If it is well integrated the target is achieved and we do not feel rushed by time. It can still leave time for other things, recreation, family, or even time out.
Even if we don't think about the project, at that time we actually recharge our emotions, energy and of course our physicality so that when we go to work and face problems we feel more fresh and ready to fight to reach our targets and goals
