Life Hacks: Life Is More To What It Really Seems To Be....

People who sleep for longer hours on weekends are likely to suffer from hypertension and fatigues. So wake up at the same time every day.

Not just the fatigue part of it, if you can cultivate the habit of waking up on time every day, it will help you to be mentally alert at all times. Your body will get used to it and waking up early in the morning to prepare for work or go for morning jogs wont be a problem...

Put to writing three good things that happened to you at the end of each day and how they made you feel, you end your day feeling positive no matter what else happened.

Most people only remember the bad ordeal they had forgetting the good ones that spiced up their day. One thing about life is that, its not always "a win win" all the time, but either way you should always cling to the good times that made your day, Being positive about life and all of its expectancy is the best mode everyone ought to always be in no matter the odds. Always value yourself and be positive about your God giving life.

Talk less, You don’t need to explain yourself as much as you think you do.

One thing about conversing with people is knowing when to cut limits, always manage your words and also choice of words matters a whole lot in our everyday interaction. Its good to be a good listener than doing the talking most of the time. Pay attention when people are talking, bet me you will learn a lot.

Give yourself frequent breaks during stressful events because your emotional energy is finite.

When engaging in strenuous jobs that's energy consuming, find a time for yourself to ease of stress. Conserve your energy for other things to avoid breaking down. Your breaking down wont stop the work from going on. In every company no body is indispensable, you can b e replaced anytime and life goes on.

Listen to others with the goal to connect or learn something new.

Being a good listener does more good than talking most of the time, it makes you to understand the real idea behind any discussion. It opens your mind to learn new things and help you make a good reasonable comment and contribution.

Your nervous system will thank you if you leave the drama where it belongs.

This is common with ladies and those who are too emotional. I have this cousin who whenever we are seeing a movie and it comes to the part where someone is being treated badly, she will start weeping or when someone dies. The funny and annoying part of it is that after the movie, if she recalls that scene, she will start weeping all over again.
I will always tell her that this ain't real and you are just stressing yourself and wasting your energy crying over that which is not real. The irony there is that most ladies are like this, too emotional that they can hardly withstand seeing a splash of blood. Don't stress your mind and nerves over a mere fiction, let it all end their in the movie.

Over-analyzing and delaying decisions doesn’t help, think faster, trust yourself and then decide.

Don't be that person that always live by the word "I will do it later" set a task and get down with it. Procrastination is a killer instinct, nothing kills dreams and goals faster like procrastination. Be analytical in your thinking, be careful and thoughtful when making decisions and don't just make decisions but always device means to get them working for you.

Remember that social media is an edited reality, so be skeptical of what you see,.

Some people in social media ain't what they claim to be in real life. In fact most social media celebrities all have a fake lifestyle, they will always wants to show off and make others weary. One should always be skeptical of what you see or hear in the socials they are not always real.

Get rid of unwanted clothes, gadgets ,furniture and other unnecessary items taking up your precious physical and mental space.

This I did and cleared a whole lots of space in my room. Why keep clothes that u ain't wearing anymore and why do u have to keep those outdated gadgets that you ain't using any more?
Discard them all and create space for a new one, you can give them out if you choose to, "doing away with old stuffs creates room for new ones to come in".

Keep your mobile phone charged at all times and designate a spot where you hang your car keys.

Like myself, most of the times my mobile phone usually go dead and then I ask myself, what if there is an emergency what will you do? How do you intend making calls or maybe am trapped and my battery is dead, how do you call for help? Most people will be on the socials day in day out without checking or wanting to get their phone charged.
I could recall back then that my dad will always make us look for his car keys whenever he wants to go out, we will search for the keys to the extent of turning the whole house upside down.
Its always cool to have a particular spot where u keep your car keys not just your car keys, your house keys also to avoid loosing your mind when you have an emergency that u need to attend to immediately.

Make your bed every morning. If the day doesn’t go well, at least you can sleep on a neatly made bed.

There is this saying that "as you make your bed, so you lay on it". Truth be told, not everyone remembers to make his or her bed in the morning before leaving for work. your just leave to work leaving your bed room haphazardly.
Bed making should be a culture and way of life every morning before leaving for work or before going out to grab a cup of coffee.
