Bitcoin is the biggest coin in the actual market so nobody is going to take that away from.
BTC just need to continuously keep evolving and adapting to new things, structure, characteristics, privacy, anonymity, etc.
With all the coins that are out there ppl are demanding more upgrades and that is not easy, it takes time!
