The Society's Growth
The ADSActly Society experienced tremendous growth in the past year. From already a huge membership of just under 2500 people it grew to over 7000 members. This is a serious amount of dedicated people who participate in various projects started within our ranks.
As you probably already know the ADSActly STEEM Publishing House is one of the more successful projects which brought numerous people together. These became the ADSActly cooperatives who work on their projects within the society.
The very basics of cooperation are what the threads of the ADSactly community are made of. We strongly support our members working together, creating and accomplishing all the tasks at hand. Without prosperous people working on successful projects that create a benefit for all, there is no future.
In the past year, we faced a few challenges which were overcome with persistence, forbearance and patience. Financial setbacks are a normal step in working toward a grander goal and we are aware of it. Therefore, we've aimed our resources toward more prosperous endeavours.
We believe that bears are soon to leave the markets and the crypto scene will shine in its true light, stronger than it ever shone before. The new dawn of crypto is soon coming, or let's say phase two in the great development of the future.

I'm very happy for the progress, success Adsactly as accomplished. This is one the best projects on the blockchain incoporating and supporting members inside and outside the blockchain. There must be an hindrace for someone, project and the likes who want to be successful on the platnet but one has to keep on pushing it harder and harder with both hard work and smart work, a learn was leaned that perseverance, consistency are the elements of succcess I'm glad you used that which has already mooned the platform. I hope the bear 🐻 ends and crypto surge as you've predicted it here. I love all the writers writings for Adsactly, they are exceptional indeed.

That’s right and I would add “Consistency” as well. We all have to go through bad and tough times. When the good times come, the rewards for patience and hard work is even sweeter. Let’s hope you are right about bulls winning the battle soon.
You are right, perseverance always goes hand in hand with dedication. Therefore, it is important to set the right goals for yourself. Many people make a big mistake, setting too many goals or too unrealistic goals. If we set too many goals, this reduces the likelihood that we will achieve each of them separately. After all, our forces, our time and in general our resources are not unlimited. Subsequently, each such failure in achieving a particular goal will hurt painfully by self-esteem, by volitional qualities, and by the manifestation of perseverance in the implementation of subsequent goals.
It is necessary to determine the really desirable goal, so that the forward movement does not stop and nothing prevents persistence. The goal should be as clear as possible. Your goal should be concrete and real. Do not plan to move the moon from its orbit. All that is needed to be persistent is to draw up an action plan so that to use a variety of ways in achieving the goal.

And in my opinion when community comes together, they can achieve any task and that's the Importance of Collaboration, and with collaboration we can attain the growth.
And when communities come together to work towards particular projects then for sure an team forms and when we talk about the Team then Support is vital subject.

The Adsactly community can be likened to planting superior seeds on fertile land. From this leaf will produce many crops.
Likewise on Adsactly, content that is guaranteed quality, that is guaranteed quality, originality and enthusiasm to build successfully produces good work that can attract more people to contribute. Just like fertile land which is maintained its quality, adsactly will grow. If from 2500 to 7000 that achievement would certainly be very likely to develop bigger. Achievements that of course need struggle and drain emotions and thoughts, also time and energy. But all will pay off when we can feel at its peak. And I am one of the happiest, joining a healthy community and staying on the right track.
