I found this weird looking statue. It is located in a garden opposite to the south entrance of the penitentiary. Looks dramatic and scary to me

You're right, that statue does look terrifying, I bet it has been there for ages, from the looks of it, almost a century old and that kitty is so cute, I enjoyed the post, neatly arranged and well presented, good job.
