I know very well how difficult it is to stop smoking. Today I am a proud non-smoker. It is good for my wallet and for my health. My plan was to start smoking less and less. Some people will say that you need just cut and end it, but that will not work with all people. Step by step worked with me. Reduce daily cigarettes and then smoke only couple times a week, then maybe just in the parties and then stop. The most tricky will be to give up smoking when you are hanging out with friends or on parties. Good luck. :)
