Set alarms for the behaviours on the days you wish to do them, make sure it is a time that is actually going to be manageable for you - a time and a place is great in theory, but if you know you will not actually do it, if it is in place of x, try to be flexible rather than perfectionist, I would also recommend applying things like foot in the door, that is to say, when you are engaging with any activity, if you truly do not feel like it on a given day, give yourself one minute of doing it, or maybe five minutes, depending on the amount of time the task takes, and if you still feel like you simply cannot do it today, do not
It is infinitely better to get something 90% correct, 90% of the time, than it is to get it 100% correct, 10% of the time, for example
When you have habits and behaviours that allow you to accept not being perfect, as well as giving yourself decent chunks of time for an activity, rather than a strict, I always do this, in exactly this time frame, at exactly this time, things usually get done faster.
