In the first phase, a grant of $ 20 million was considered supplementary. It is estimated to cost $ 1.2 billion in 2-1 / 2 years.

Roads will be renovated for the development of basic food reserves, distribution centers, hospitals, educational institutions and emergency entrance facilities.

The project will also work to increase disaster risk management in cyclone and monsoon storm prone areas. For this, construction of shelters, protection of landslides and security network will be created.
