Hema Malini was one of the best actress in Bollywood. She was the main heroine in all time best movie SHOLEY.

She was born on 16th October, 1948 in Tamil nadu. Her father's name was V.S.R. Chakravarthy and her mom, Jaya. She was too thin to be heroine in Venniradai and the role went to Venniradai Nirmala. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Ithu Sathiyam. Malini started act in main role from the movie Sapno Ka Saudagar. Dharmendra Hema Malini were paired in lead roles romantically in 31 films. She had a hit on-screen pairing with Dharmendra, Shashi Kapoor and Dev Anand in the 70's and, post-marriage, she had 8 hits opposite Rajesh Khanna. From 2003 to 2009, Malini was elected to the Rajya Sabha. She was got Padma Shri award in 2000.

Hema was not only dream girl on her time’s generation, she is also dream girl of ‘Y’ generation.
