I am not new to CTP or online, but I sure did take my time getting here to CTPTalk. Hopefully, I will be more consistent and post often now that I am here.
It is funny or not? In going through the training at CTP, I am doing all of the things Jon says not to do. I am not consistent, I do not build my brand. I have grown and lost so many opportunities on the net.
Part of the problem is I have a JOB. A good job that I enjoy and pays me a decent wage. As a teacher, coach and union leader I am kept very busy and love it. What I don't love is the lack of time for myself and my family.
The other problem is I have an entrepreneur mindset. I hate being told what to do and education has gotten so political. I need more CTP power.
Slow and steady :)
It's so important to love what you do, and like you said, you do...That's a huge plus!
The best thing about this entrepreneurial stuff online, we dont need to give up what we love to build something....Every day, just do a little bit more and then it turns into something awesome!
Welcome to CTPtalk man, and nice to hear that you are a teacher and coach, that will be good qualities for teaching about affiliate marketing, and sharing your journey as you learn it.
I know exactly what you are going through. Myself, I lack focus, can't stay on topic and procrastinate. Hope you overcome that which is holding you back and become wildly successful.
