Hello beautiful people today i came up with my daily actifit post well today i didn't do any particular excercise its just my normal routine of walking steps which i took in all day long included my university hours and some walking after the fast. i think its good to do atleast 5k steps in a day as your body need some excercise to remain fit but also healthy diet is the key to health. hope you guys like it do follow me and support me .
