Health is the biggest wealth in yout life. Keep maintain with simple and easy way just like walking, running, push up and down, dumbling.

Today i worked out with 60 push up and down by founr round ehich is each round contain 15 push up and down. Then use water bottles which contain 1.5 litters water as a dumble.

You can use water bottle like soft drinks which is contain more than 1.5 liter water for your initial dumbling.

Increase my number of thesr work steps in home by each weak after a consecutive days try.

At your early age, nothing is required as your body grow and build up. At later stage you need to go with your fitness with different way. I like to use only these for last couple of months.

All of these don't be come out as your appearance like a muscle and strength but help to keep your body weight and balance asbper your calories in take.
