Sorry for the long absence, but for work I have been traveling and I’m preparing some posts day by day of my travel to italy,
I come back again to the gym with a new workout super hard and exhausting, it was supposed that I was going to do force but it seems hypertrophic workout hahahaha to much Cals burned... look!!
Hahahahaha and after a really disappointing start trying to reach my new max... in rack pull... hahahaha
I need to decrease from 180 to 140 pounds...
It was good to burn all those calories and feel great due a new workout have been completed 💪🏽💪🏽
At the end I finished with almost 5k steps....
