RE: Monochrome Monday – My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019

I can jump rope in a row because it’s not a lot.

I know the feeling! 2 years ago I got the motivation needed to melt the fat and shred myself for the summer, so, I added jumping rope and running to my normal workout, goddamn, jumping rope was hard! 20 jumps and I was almost crying! I think my record was 60 with lot's of caffeine from the pre-workout! Jumping rope is really hard! I got a new respect for boxers! They love their jumping ropes!

Go out and run with that weather! I love running in the rain, never tried running with snow though... I've only seen snow a couple of times, and just once in my town...

I used to like running but got injured when a sudden storm came in. I kind of knew it was not a good idea but I went out anyway. It started raining and hailing and I ran really hard to get back and messed up my knee. I was training for a 10K at the time and went ahead and ran the race anyway. After that my knee gradually got worse every time I ran so I could hardly walk. I've quit running for about a decade and now I'm at the point where I can do most every other activity without much pain. Long story short - I stick to walking now, lol.

I quit running when i screwed up my meniscus, restarted running after 3 years when I didn't feel almost any pain, and it made my meniscus heal much faster...

A 10K, that's way to much running for me, i like to sprint for 1 minute or 2 and walk for 1 minute, sprinting is a great fat shredder!
