A morning walk and a touch of Sepia for Sepia Saturday
I was up early today and watched some of the World cup Rugby, Australia versus Fiji till about 5:30 when I headed to the beach for a quick walk, again to Walnut Beach, was a nice enough sunrise, well the sunrise itself was fairly plain but half an hour before the sunrise there were some nice colors as I will share with my cell phone shots later in the post.
Not too many steps today about 6K at the beach then I was watching Rugby for a good part of the day so I am way behind on replying to comments but I will try and catch up a little tonight and edit photos as well,
Three very good games today, sorry to my South African friends today, the game could have gone either way but as a Kiwi I am happy the All Blacks managed to get the win.

As I was discussing with another photographer at the beach this morning and with @papilloncharity in a comment exchange this morning, Mother Nature always puts on a different display each day and you never know what you are going to see, the first shot was more pinks and blues, this next one more golden tones

When I first got to the beach about 35 MInutes before sunrise there was a nice glow in the sky with lots of reds which my phone didn't capture so well, but this gives some idea.

There were not many clouds this morning but there was this one above the pier and Charled Islan which had some nice subtle colors in it

I have had about the same today - before sunrise the few clouds in the east were more pink in color, and when the sun rose the coloring turned to gold, but because there were only a few clouds left on the sky, it was nothing compared to your gorgeous golden sunrise.
The pink image looks amazing with the reflection on the beach.

Gidday Mate, watching a game now and debating whether to head out for a walk, my stomach was upset last night and I could not go ar fromthe bathroom not sure how it is now so staying in mya be most sensible, but i have never been terrible sensible

I gave up on being sensible and went for a short walk :) wasnt much of a sunrise and not many photos but was refreshing and I didnt see a single !BEER on the beach

Today was three more Games England Beat Tonga, which I have watched about to watch Ireland and Scotland and later will watch Italy vs Namibia, the games were played very early mornings but i can watch the replays
Time differences my friend as the NZ-SA game took place at 12 noon over here. I think England is the dark horse in this World Cup, but one never knows, as the Boks might even perform better.
Ireland and Scotland sounds interesting, maybe Ireland can pull it off as they are a lot in the news lately and I think Italy is too strong for Namibia? Let's see how it works out.
I am not watching but will catch the news tomorrow.

Ireland is actually the Number ranked team in the World at the moment, I would love an All Blacks Ireland Game they are my two favorite teams, and Ireland played a real strong game today
Englan could be a Dark Horse I agree and one can never rule out the Boks
Ah! Now that would be a very interesting game, as Ireland plays a different style to the Boks, but I think that NZ will be too strong in the set pieces for Ireland.

Well New Zealand no doubt wants the number one ranking again so would love a match with Ireland and our record is good we have played 31 Matches and New Zealand has won 28 of them and one draw,
the rugby World rankings are weird and going to be reviewed after the World Cup, NZ was number one in the ranking since 2008 and only lost that spot a few months ago
Yeah and so strange that they lost the coveted spot to Ireland of all the teams. I see that I was spot on with yesterday's results, but it's sad that the smaller teams cannot do better.
