My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019

Choosing to officially start losing weight is March 9, 2017. That day I woke up in a nightmare, hesitated for a quarter of an hour, and went out for a run at 6 a.m. I don't know what happened in my life, but I can soar to such a weight all the way and be attacked by people I once trusted. In the past 20 years, I never thought that one day I would get up and run in the morning because I wanted to lose weight. The more I wanted to be wronged, the more I began to cry. The woman who got up early to buy vegetables seemed to be frightened by me. Think about it afterwards. It's a little scary when the sky is light and a fat man jumps and bursts into tears in disorder against the wind. I couldn't run for less than two minutes. As I mentioned in the preparation, I was a man with strong explosive power and weak endurance, and I was extremely disgusted with running. In order not to lose weight on the first day of exercising outside, I chose to follow the established plan and replace running with fast walking. Over the next two months, sometimes because of overtime and other reasons to occupy the walking time, I will rush up a section because of my heart, and gradually can run several kilometers. Running or walking, as long as you are moving, you will consume energy. Don't worry too much about 130 heart rate, just think about it, anyway, sweating outside is better than lying on the sofa, eating potato chips and watching TV. As for anaerobic exercise, I only occasionally insert dumbbells and squats during weight loss, purely in order to get better arm, waist and hip lines, but there is no regularity and persistence. The reason is mentioned in the preparation, because I really saved a lot of attention in shaping thanks to the good genes inherited from my mother.
