What’s up STACKERS!
I’m going to introduce you to one of my “secret fitness hacks” that you can do everyday. 😉
Is it really a secret? Probably not! 😅
As you guys know, a lot of people in life have jobs that requires them to sit around in front of a computer for at least 8-10 hours everyday which is ridiculous.
Especially people like ourselves who work online. Sitting for hours is just plain unhealthy.
However, I found a solution. For over 10+ years, I replaced all my office chairs for a $15 yoga ball instead. 🤣
Before you laugh, you should give it a shot.
By sitting on a yoga ball, you can work or activate all your core muscles for hours at a time. Did I mention that it also helps with your posture? 💁🏼♂️
I make sure that every 10-15 minutes, I get up and walk around for 5 minutes.
By doing this hack, you are actually working out your whole body all freaking day without realizing it! haha
If you plan to do this, I can guarantee that you’re going to be sore the very next day. Hmmm, maybe you’ll even develop that six pack abs in a few months by doing this. You just never know. 😉

I agree with you that revomes chair can help to get rid off from back pain and hacked by yoga ball is good idea.

Yoga balls for the win! Love them so much. I had one when i worked at an office desk job on a trading floor for a few years when i was a lot younger! Then they were a life saver when i was recovering from delivery of my first born. And, were irreplaceable when consoling her for hours in those first months. Bouncing the baby helped sooth her so much. It was also gentle comfortable for my body. I had a helluva tine keeping yoga balls around as the kids grew though. Between rambunctious little boys to broken glass we lost our fair share. Now, the kids are grown it is high time to bring one back into the house! Thank-you for the reminder! I bet a yoga ball would be SO HELPFUL for my wonky healing hips and spine! Great inspiration!! Bounce! Bounce! Bounce! I also love laying back on them reaching for a wall/ floor behind. So good for the spine😊
You need to get one ASAP! Haha. Be sure to get the non pop ones as I fell on my face a few times when a blew up. It’s around $20 on Amazon 😀

Oh man, that sounds like a good idea. Why did I not think of it. Only issue would be for me to keep my laptop on my lap and sitting on the ball. Keeping the laptop on the lap is a force of habit... Oh well, time to change the habit.. 😊 😊. Thanks for the idea!
